When will I receive my withdrawal?

To withdraw funds successfully, you will need to use a payment method that was already used to deposit.

We offer the following withdrawal methods. You will not be charged any processing fees.

* Please contact our customer services team for withdrawal requests for less than the minimum amount.

** All withdrawals must first be approved by our finance department before they can be processed. This process can take up to 48 hours.

*** This entirely depends on your bank’s processing times, meaning it could take up to 5 business days to reach your account.

Once a withdrawal request is reviewed and approved, it will be released to your payment provider and is generally credited within the standard timeframes listed above. These times may be extended depending on review and approval by our Payment Team. Available payment methods for withdrawal will be showing on your Withdraw section in the Cashier.
